Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include the following:

- Identification of the content and the location (URL) where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your legal jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers
ToShortX reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
